Farmer Mary’s getting better and better at painting rocks! The rocks are used to help spread the word about Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Farm visitors are invited to take a rock when they leave and to hide it away from the farm for someone to find. On the back is written “Return to Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest Nc for one free admission”. That makes the rock a $10 value!
Farmer Mary appreciates those hiding the rocks who take the time to photograph the rock and the hiding place and text the photos to her to post. Then people know where to go look!
Quite a few have been found and turned in for free farm visits. Then those visitors take a rock to hide… Thanks to everyone who is helping to support our small local farm family!
