Ivy is a special treat today for the animals at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. As you can see the animals are loving donated pumpkins also! Farmer Mary posted a short video of the animals eating ivy at the Winterpast Farm FB page and at winterpast_farm on Instagram. Keep us in mind if you are clearing ivy, have fresh grass clippings or if you are tearing out your vegetable garden and have stems and overgrown veggies. You can throw it over the fence or leave it at the gate for Farmer Mary to feed to the animals.
