Great pic sent to Farmer MAry recently from a happy farm visitor at Winterpast farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC.
You can feed our sweet emu from tour hand-bring baby carrots. Thin apple slices, grapes, Cheerios, raisins, whole wheat crackers like ritz or saltine. Just hold your hand flat and the emu will take food very nicely. Have YOU fed one of the emu at Winterpast Farm yet? If so, how was your experience? Comment here to encourage others to try.
