AFTER THE RAIN
After a rain there are always interesting discoveries in the forest at Winterpast Farm in Wake Forest NC. This edible Coral Fungi was zig zagging across the forest floor this morning. There are many similar species that are inedible and toxic.The bright yellow species is apparently very tasty but Farmer Mary will leave it for the forest animals to enjoy.
