Please be very specific in your text regarding date, time, number of people etc. so scheduling can be handled without endless back and forth texts. For example you might look at the open hours and text “Could a party of three adults and six children visit Friday the 12th at 2?”. Farmer Mary would then, hopefully, only have to text back “yes!” Please don’t text “Are you open today?” When you are visiting you will be happy if Farmer Mary doesn’t spend the whole time answering phone calls! Recently the car Farmer Mary drove died. (Never to move again) so she is working to get an old white van she had been using (sort of as a storage unit) going. A new windshield, new tires, inspection…she is slowly checking steps off a long list.
The one FUN thing about all this is an idea to decorate the van..here are some of the beginning steps. Love a Sharpie marker! Sanding and underpainting will come, but it’s been fun exploring ideas. Plan on lots of color..just wait til this fully decorated van starts stopping traffic! Stay tuned for progress reports.

Did you know you can rent pets by the week from Winterpast Farm? Bunnies and guinea pigs are popular.
Right now baby goat GEORGIA PEACH is available for an overnight. She drinks a bottle and rentors mix up the formula. These two friends had a blast renting her recently!
Ducklings, baby chicks, a duckling/chick combo are popular.
