Visitors to
Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC sometimes think the food treats they bring along on farm visits is all the food the animals get. Not so! Farmer Mary gets a load of feed (from Tractor Supply) like the one pictured about every week and a half. Today Vlad, a 16 year old summer visitor from Belarus, helped with the loading and unloading. Farmer Mary splurged today on a clearance 45 inch innertube to try at her favorite swimming hole just below Falls Lake dam.
Come visit Winterpast Farm petting zoo and meet all the animals. We have picnic tables and plenty of deep shade!

A sudden “Cock A Doodle DOOOOOOOOO” right in your ear can give you quite a surprise especially considering that BOB the tiny Bantam breed rooster is so small. Come meet BOB at Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC. He loves to eat corn, bread, oatmeal and crackers from your hand. He often rides around on Farmer Mary’s shoulder or on a farm visitor.
