It’s a hay party at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC! Farmer Mary had stored some extra fancy hay on a table but the just put out some hay on a table but the pregnant goats and sheep knocked it down (and chowed down!)while Farmer Mary was away from the farm this morning.

“Make an animal part of your family or why not just get a nice stuffed animal?” says Farmer Mary of Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Our pet rental program is a great way to try out a small pet like a bunny or guinea pig. Almost 100 percent come back to Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo afterwards and the number one reason is the amount of poop.
Luckily sweet CARAMEL CREME, pictured here, was adopted into a family who really make her part of the family like here helping the kids play Candyland.

The four baby guinea pigs brothers have really grown and are an amazing variety of colors. At four weeks they had to be weaned from mom and today they all went together to a local home to receive lots of love and attention from some human sisters who hope to eventually adopt a pair.
Farmer Mary had some recently donated guinea pigs lined up to immediately move into their empty hutch at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC.
Please help spread the word about our pet rental program and help Farmer Mary recycle existing pets instead of buying more. Almost 100 percent of rentals DO NOT lead to adoptions. Main reason: the amount of poop! Rent for a week and get over owning a small caged pet! You don’t need to own it to love it.
