Farmer Mary is always happy to teach farm visitors of all ages how to feed the different animals at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. To feed an emu you hold your hand flat so the emu can pick the food up easily. Emu like grapes, apple slices, kale, crackers, green beans, corn and many other food treats.

Meet our two beautiful Abyssinian breed guinea pig girls donated to Winterpast Farm a few days ago. They are getting used to sitting on farm visitors laps and love to eat snacks, especially green pepper and cucumber. They are both enjoying being brushed.
