Duckling love this afternoon at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC!!
A local photographer had purchased ducklings for a photo shoot and then had donated them to Winterpast Farm a few days ago. THEN she got a call from the local Post Office this morning that the hatchery in Iowa had accidentally sent her another box of one day olds!
Farmer Mary was happy to take them off her hands and will have them available for rental in pairs starting tomorrow. One week $40. Heat lamp, feed, feeder and waterer, bedding all included in rental. Text Farmer Mary to arrange duckling rental. 9192441800 Texting only.
A few late afternoon farm visiting families, including this young visitor, enjoyed helping Farmer Mary get them eating and drinking and gave them all some very careful holding.
