Farmer Mary got some really nice quality free mulch delivered by the tree guys trimming the power lines on Ghoston Road today. The mulch will help to keep the mud and weeds down in the Petting Zoo area where the ducks have eaten all the grass.

FRANKLIN the little pig is getting along well in the barnyard at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. He was a pet before being donated to Winterpast Farm. He will grow for at least another three years. (DAISY shown on the right here was donated at his size too!) He has already more than tripled in size. Pigs NEVER stay small! Farmer Mary is offered a pet “mini” pig about once a week year round year after year. Please do not be one of those people. Enjoy the pigs at Winterpast Farm instead!
