Farmer Mary was feeding the turtles and fish today in the inground pool that she has turned into a pond at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wale Forest NC. It is now home to many former pet turtles and fish.
On sunny days you may see the turtles basking on the logs crisscrossing the shallow end.
🐢Winterpast Farm will be open for visits Friday from 12-5. A private group event will close the farm to visits until noon.
