LIVE NATIVITY TONIGHT
The rain is nearly over so make plans to get out of the house and head over to St. Mark’s United Methodist Church (4801 Six Forks Road, Raleigh) for a Live Nativity from 5-7 featuring four of the sheep from Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Farmer Mary and the Farmers Daughter just loaded up sweet GRACIE (pictured here) and her daughter HOPE along with SUNFLOWER and MAGGIE.
Fun times catching sheep in the rain today! Sweet ROSIE 
the new Great Dane puppy tried hard to “help” since Border Collie CHARLIE who usually helps is getting old.
BTW: Farmer Mary is looking to borrow or buy a couple more XL dog crates to transport sheep and goats ASAP. Please ask your friends.

Anyone have XL dog crates similar to those pictured that they could loan to Farmer Mary for transporting sheep and goats to Live Nativities through Christmas Eve? ?Every year more churches want to use animals at Live Nativities and Farmer Mary is short of crates.
They will be returned clean and Farmer Mary is happy to barter a free family farm visit for the use.

Farmer Mary hates to close the farm but it’s raining hard here at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC so the farm will NOT OPEN at 10 for visits. Maybe we can open for visits later this afternoon but it looks doubtful. The large animals are in the barn and the smaller cages and hutches are covered with tarps. Farmer Mary plans to hang out in the barn to see if FRANCES has babies. Bad weather often brings on births! Stay tuned!
