👍Farmer Mary got back to Winterpast Farm just in time (before the rain began) to unload the animals she took to a home birthday event this afternoon in Raleigh.
🐇The mobile petting zoo was set up on the front porch in case of rain. All ages enjoyed meeting, feeding and petting the animals.
🐐COOKIE the baby goat was happy to get back home and find his Mom GINGERBREAD to tell her all about his travel adventures and CHARLES & CAROLINE and LONDON FOG & OREO bunnies are happy to be home now in their hutches.
Guinea pig sisters DOLLY & LOLLY and MORRISON were a big hit on small laps and they enjoyed yummy carrots and kale at the party. One gray duck went along and SONIC 🦔 and some baby chicks🐥🐥🐥. Read more about Farmer Mary’s Mobile Petting Zoo at winterpast.org. ANY event is more fun with animals!

Friends of the farm may remember reading about the Pekin duck a kind person found and dropped off at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Look how much better her neck looks! “LUCKY” is also taking an interest in her appearance which is a sign that she feels better. She has a hen with baby chicks living in her pen and our female peacock often drops by for chats.
