A group from Lindley College in Cary brought vans full of adult clients with special intellectual abilities out to visit Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC this afternoon.
🐐🐇🐑🐖🐓🦃Everyone enjoyed meeting and feeding the animals, walking through the back pasture and forest to discover the annual emu nest with enormous bright green eggs, and holding guinea pigs and bunnies. Farmer Mary’s dogs were the most popular with everyone with ROSIE the Great Dane being the most petted.

LIZZIE LOU is such a good supervisor 🙂of the cardboard and mulch layered path that is slowly growing around Farmer Mary’s house at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Great use of Amazon boxes to keep down weeds! The path will lead to the new puppy area.🐶
