Good morning from MABEL and CLAIRE the mini donkeys who live at Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC. MABEL and CLAIRE were donated to Winterpast Farm several years ago when a 4-H program shut down and they are popular with farm visitors and they are well loved at the annual Hayes Barton Baptist Church Live Nativity event in Raleigh each Christmas. They will be there the three nights leading up to Christmas Eve along with Farmer Mary and some goats and sheep from Winterpast Farm. Mark your calendars and plan to come see them there.
MABEL and CLAIRE enjoyed eating pumpkins that farm visitors brought yesterday and they love to eat apple slices and carrots and kale and more from farm visitors hands.
