This young hen loves to fly up on farm visitors shoulders at Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC. Farmer Mary calls her “Bob’s daughter” since she is the daughter of a tiny and very social rooster named BOB. She loves to eat cereal, bits of kale or crumbled crackers from visitors hands.
Winterpast Farm will be open every day during the Thanksgiving holidays. Many out of town relatives enjoy visiting Winterpast Farm over Thanksgiving and many locals are happy to walk off holiday overindulgences or to just get outside for a while.
