Colostrum is always good to have on hand for emergencies and the fancy guinea pig beds will provide great sleeping space for some of the former pet guinea pigs now living at Winterpast Farm. The special rabbit food for babies will be saved for next time someone donates a pregnant bunny-it happens again and again!
Farmer Mary and her daughter , Elizabeth, just moved all the bunnies and guinea pigs into the new heated garage space since weather looks very cold for the next few nights. The animals will be outside again for holding and feeding by our farm visitors during the day when it is above freezing but will be cozy and warm on these next few freezing nights.
