Big Thanks to this great family who was in town from Philadelphia visiting family. They came for a farm visit then immediately made plans to volunteer here just a few days later! They were a huge help and then had a chance to hold a few of the animals who they had fed and watered. Farmer Mary hopes they will be back again soon as visitors or volunteers during their next local visit!

🦆Farmer Mary’s older sister investor wants her money out NOW and is trying VERY hard to force a quick sale of the entire property. She does not care at all for the animals or for the future of her niece (or Farmer Mary!)
🐢It would be tragic to lose one more small farm, to lose one more historic tobacco barn, to lose one more old farm house dating from the 1730’s .
