Farmer Mary heard a funny noise in her dining room which turned out to be her quail eggs hatching! Two babies are out and two more eggs are pipped (the baby uses a pointy “egg tooth” to chip a full circle around the egg, then stretches and pushes the shell apart; this sharp bump falls off the beak at about 3 days old)
