This morning Farmer Mary went outside and found that MIDNIGHT the goat had a new baby boy. He was all cleaned up and had nursed…what a good mom! She must have had a quiet labor since the nursery monitor never made noise.
Farm friends, of the poultry variety, gathered to meet and greet our newest baby.

The new baby is named BILLY for Farmer Mary’s friend BILLY who had a birthday yesterday. Maybe MIDNIGHT will get a tiny slice of the leftover birthday cake to celebrate the birth of her little BILLY!
