Two gray ducks are co-setting on 13 duck eggs at Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC. A male Indian Runner breed duck is usually on guard keeping visitors from getting too close to the nest. He is very happy to eat a cracker or some kale or grapes from visitors hands while on guard duty!
Come see the ducks and the eggs and the nest and all the other animals at Winterpast Farm. We have a turkey and a chicken setting on eggs too! And baby chicks and quail that are tiny.
