Forest Dog Private Playground at Winterpast Farm in Wake Forest NC. They now have a name bone 
on Farmer Mary’s “Forest Dog Friends” display. Does YOUR dog have a name bone ??

Forest Dog Private Playground is located at 12936 Ghoston Road. We have a private parking lot. You will enjoy full private access to the property for you, your dogs and your guests during your visit.
INCLUDED: Tennis balls, tug toys in trees, dog agility equipment, hammocks, 
picnic tables, seating areas, variety of sunscreen & bug spray, clean bathroom in the parking lot and more.

Walk down the peaceful ivy floored forest trail to find a nice variety of hills, open pasture and deeply shaded mature pine forest where your dogs can run free while you relax in nature.

SONIC SURPRISE BIRTHDAY VISIT
Throw Back Thursday to when Farmer Mary took SONIC the hedgehog from Winterpast Farm to surprise a lovely well loved Mother for her Birthday . The Mother grew up reading Beatrix Potter and MRS TIGGY WINKLE (the hedgehog) was her favorite character. Have YOU read the Beatrix Potter books to YOUR children?
It’s raining at Winterpast this morning and the farm is close for visits til it stops.SONIC has been on a home visit this week and is coming back to Winterpast today. Farmer Mary has been cleaning his cage she keeps in her garage where he has a reptile heating pad to stay warm.Whenever you visit Winterpast ask Farmer Mary if SONIC is at the farm and she will be happy to go and get him out for a while.
Do you know about Farmer Mary’s unique Pet Hosting Program? Take a small caged animal (bunny, guinea pig, SONIC, a group of baby chicks when available) home to care for. Have a highly educational animal experience. Learn how much a small caged animal poops 
then bring it back! Almost all hosts of all ages get over the whole idea of needing to “own” a small caged pet.
Please spread the word about Pet Hosting and help Farmer Mary recycle existing pets instead of just creating more who will probably be dropped off at Winterpast eventually like all the other former pets who live here. Skip that part by hosting!
Meet/feed/pet former pet guinea pigs, bunnies, ducks, and all age chickens. Bring dry oatmeal, cheerios, thinly sliced apples and carrots, greenbeans, romaine and parsley.
