Pregnant goat CATY was just standing in the empty wading pool this morning staring off into the distance at Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC. Separating yourself from the herd and staring off into space are actually two signs of impending labor but CATY doesn’t show any udder development or a very large tummy yet. Farmer Mary is pretty sure in this case CATY is just waiting patiently for more hay to be delivered into the pool. She just wants to be first in line!
