It’s a really great day when Farmer Mary finds ten lovely dry hay bales outside her front gate at Winterpast Farm petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC!! A very nice change from finding the live roosters and bunnies people often leave!
THANK YOU to whoever left the hay! Farmer Mary will use it as bedding in the barn and for wind protection in goat maternity pens this winter and in nest boxes where chickens lay their eggs. We can always use any unwanted hay bales. Also cut and intact pumpkins and bags of dry leaves. Thank you for supporting a small local farm animal rescue.
