Farmer Mary is thankful for her four children, every inch of her ten acres, her Japanese Maple tree that provided these gorgeous red leaves, her dogs BARNEY, CHARLIE and MAX, and for her job of taking care of the land and children and animals at Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC.
Winterpast Farm petting zoo will be open every day during the Thanksgiving holidays. Please SHARE with friends who have a house full of relatives.
Many out of town visitors enjoy a visit to Winterpast Farm over Thanksgiving and many locals are happy to walk off holiday overindulgences or to just get outside for a while.
If you want to visit the farm and meet all the animals please read “your visit” at www.winterpast.org which explains petting zoo admission, how to park at a pig, how not to go down the neighbors private road behind the barn even if your GPS says to turn there, and lists food you can bring to feed the animals during your farm visit.
