Farmer Mary forgot to post this great pic of CLAIRE the donkey sent to her by a happy farm visitor before the quarantine closed Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC.
All of the animals miss our kind visitors who brought them treats and love. Feel free to stop by the zoo parking lot any time and toss apples 🍎and carrots 🥕etc. over the fence to help Farmer Mary during this tough time.

👍VOLUNTEER! Read more at www.winterpast.org. Farmer Mary has volunteering opportunities for household groups and individuals. She is getting the pond ready to open, planting a big sunflower and veg garden, planning to paint her house in rainbow stripes-come help!! And general feeding and care of animals. The baby goats need harness training to learn to walk on a leash. Farmer Mary still still has one arm in a sling and could really use some help so #getoutside!
👍PET RENTAL! Farmer Mary will continue to have “curbside pickup” of rental #supportanimals available. Currently guinea pigs and bunnies are available. Groups of baby chicks will be available soon; Farmer Mary has several hens setting on eggs. Read a lot more at “Pet Rental” at www.winterpast.org.
