Join Candace with Journey With Your Soul and the animals at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo for a Forest Path Mindful Movement Meditation!
Meditation doesn’t have to be done sitting still, contrary to popular belief! Being mindful of your body while you walk, the physical sensations, the emotional state you are in, and being aware of how you really feel can be restorative and rebalancing! Candace will lead the group through a meditation while walking through a forest path at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo, where the goats will follow along and you’ll have time afterwards to play and take photos with them!
Remember, we will be on a farm!! Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty, just in case!
If you’d like to get EXTRA attention from the goats, bring plain Cheerios or shredded carrots to win their hearts!
The session will start promptly at 8:30 am; tickets MUST be purchased online prior to the event. See link in comments at same post at Winterpast Farm on FB. Maximum of 15 attendees. Please be courteous of the space and park at a ‘pig’ when you arrive. Look for the well-marked entrance at 12936 Ghoston Road and please don’t turn down the neighbor’s private road behind the old tobacco barn when your GPS says to.
