Members of the Photography Cub at Millbrook High School had a great time at Winterpast Farm petting zoo earlier this week. Here they posed with Farmer Mary’s brother’s collection of old vans way out in the pasture. OSCAR LULU, one of the Winterpast Farm emu, strolled by to say hello.
Winterpast Farm will be open this Saturday from 10-5 and Sunday from 12-5. Please SHARE with friends who have a house full of relatives.
Many out of town visitors enjoy a visit to Winterpast Farm over Thanksgiving and many locals are happy to walk off holiday overindulgences or to just get outside for a while.
If you want to visit the farm and meet all the animals please read “your visit” at www.winterpast.org which explains petting zoo admission, how to park at a pig, how not to go down the neighbors private road behind the barn even if your GPS says to turn there, and lists food you can bring to feed the animals during your farm visit.
