Did you know you can host a pet from Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest North Carolina? For $50 you get the animal, cage, feed and everything you need for a week long educational animal experience. (Most bunny and guinea pig hosting opportunities are for a week but it can be fewer days for the same $50 price.) This $50 price is for bunnies, guinea pigs and groups of chicks and ducklings. Winterpast Farm has hosted pre-schools, Scout goups, Mom groups, Homeschooler groups and public school groups. One time we had 150 second graders here! Farmer Mary hired a few farmer and a forestor friend to help that time! There is plenty of parking and school buses can get in and out easily.
2017 The animals of Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo drew record crowds tonight (Dec 23) at the second night of Live Nativity at Hayes Barton Baptist Church in Raleigh. Tonight Farmer Mary went with an all white theme with sheep CHARLIE BROWN and his pregnant wife, CINDY LOU and goats THOMAS and his pregnant wife, BUTTERCUP. MABEL and CLAIRE the mini donkeys stay all three nights in the barn but Farmer Mary picks a pair of goats and pair of sheep to accompany...

🥚🥚🥚The ducks are finally laying their eggs after a winter break at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Pictured is one of the beautiful Ancona breed ducks. They are mostly laying them in the pet cemetery beyond the NOT so “thornless” blackberry bushes where it is difficult for Farmer Mary to collect them🥚🥚🥚. Eggs are for sale.$5/dozen and can be a mix of chicken and duck.
🤳You can always text Farmer Mary at 9192441800 and she can set eggs out in the barn doorway for contactless pickup . Just pay in the box at the gate. Or come collect your own and meet the hens during a paid farm visit.🐓

🍏🥕🥬Farmer Mary was shopping tonight for animal food at her neighborhood grocery store.🐑🐐The nursing mom sheep and goats all get extra fresh fruit and veg. And, Farmer Mary just took in 19 guinea pigs who eat alot more than just pellets and hay (along with all the former pet bunnies. )
‼️It is incredible how many paper towels farm visitors use at the barn sink!
