The pond at Winterpast Farm is coming along nicely. Water lilies are getting ready to bloom, purple Water Hyacinths are blooming, lots of frogs are enjoying the pond and a new aquaponic
floating raft built by a student was delivered today. This Fall Farmer Mary will try growing lettuce and kale to feed the animals, all fed by the waste of the turtles and fish in the pond. Another young person is planning how to turn the old diving board into a waterfall. Stay tuned for pond updates.
