Farmer Mary is working on updating the farm website: She has been VERY busy the last month sunup to sundown moving 20 years of running a petting zoo to the other side of the farm. A long unwanted legal battle with her older sister has finally ended and the courts “awarded” Farmer Mary the half of the land without a driveway, parking lot, barn, sunny pasture and a well. 🙁She very sadly had to rehome her larger animals including her beloved goats 🐐 , sheep 🐑 , emu, pigs 🐖 and CLAIRE donkey. 👍🏽Volunteer help as she creates Winterpast 2.0 is VERY welcome! 1. 🥰🦮Hour long Golden Retriever Puppy Snuggling visits. 📲Text Farmer Mary at 919-244-1800 to schedule an exact date and time. Tell her how many people at what ideal time and the approx ages of visitors . NOTE: Puppies are fragile so mature loving laps are preferred and extreme supervision (by YOU) of snuggling by children. 🧸🦴Feel free to bring along toys for the puppies and treats for good Mother PUMPKIN PIE. The babies are too young for treats yet except pigs ears which they love to chew!

2. 🐇🐰Bunny, guinea pig, 🐥chicks and 🦔hedgehog meeting and feeding. New area that we are still working on. The new farm entrance is just down the road from the old one. The mailbox and road sign aren’t up yet. Look for the gravel driveway with bright yellow arrows.
👍🏽YOU bring food snacks like thinly sliced carrots🥕, leafy celery, romaine🥬, parsley, dry oatmeal. Eventually Farmer Mary will have her usual $5 animal feed buckets available for sale. $10 per person. Cash only, exact change please, hour long sessions. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

3. 🌲🌳🦋Nature Walk Mondays 10-12 start Monday June 3. For all ages. Take a calming forest walk with Farmer Mary and her very sweet dogs. Farmer Mary has been planting lots of flowers and she has hidden little surprises all along the way🌲. Fun for all ages. Strollers are fine.
🌲Then stay and play a while in the Forest Child Private Playground with climbing trees, lots of hammocks, big black tubes to roll down hills, and the beginning of a great “mud kitchen”. Come Volunteer to help Farmer Mary build the mud kitchen-donate YOUR excess kitchen items made for little hands…
🧺Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy being outdoors. Plenty of shade.🌲🌳
