PEG-LEG the pig, who was born without a back left foot, is one of the pigs living at Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest . She gets along just fine and Farmer Mary sees her exploring the entire ten fenced aces of Winterpast Farm. PEG-LEG is especially enjoying all the pumpkins that people are donating to Winterpast Farm. All the animals love to eat pumpkins!
Winterpast Farm is open for visits today from 10-5 and this Sunday from 12-5. Please SHARE with friends who have a house full of relatives.
Many out of town visitors enjoy a visit to Winterpast Farm over Thanksgiving and many locals are happy to walk off holiday overindulgences or to just get outside for a while.
