Some days you just want to sit and feed some nice birds. Come to Winterpast Farm petting zoo in Wake Forest NC where we have emu, peacocks, a variety of ducks, a huge variety of chickens, quail, turkeys. Most are happy to eat out of your hands. Some will happily sit on your lap. So will our bunnies and guinea pigs-all former pets now living at Winterpast Farm. “You don’t need to own it to love it” says Farmer Mary. “Rent one for a week and get over it.” Read more at Pet Rental at www.winterpast.org.
