Farmer Mary loves to paint rocks. Some are “Marketing Rocks” which farm visitors can take and place away from the farm for someone to find.
Whoever finds the rock can then schedule a farm visit and return it to Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC for one free admission. That is a $10 value! This helps spread the word about our little farm.
You may notice a few of the animals on rocks have Santa hats or Christmas lights as part of the design. Those are some of the “Visit Rocks” that people buy to gift someone with a farm visit. They cost the same as a farm visit-$10. They are then returned later for a “free” farm visit. For example a parent or Grandparent may buy one to slip in a child/Grandchilds stocking.
Some have two animals painted on them. Those are twice the price of a normal visit and allow the child (of any age!) to bring a friend along for a farm visit. This is Farmer Mary’s way of providing “gift certificates” which people have asked for.
Farmer Mary can also paint a custom rock for a pet rental, birthday party, classroom pet, bonfire…just ask!

IRONMAN Visited Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC today and proved he was a gentle giant. Holding and brushing two baby bunnies at one time he showed he was a modern multi-tasking kind of guy!
