Four chicks hatched, two started and ten more eggs…today Farmer Mary will take the whole incubator and the hatched chicks to a preschool in Raleigh where the story will continue in a classroom this week.
Other animals are going along to visit the school this morning when Farmer Mary delivers the baby chicks and eggs. Farmer Mary is making a list of who she plans to take along. So far the list includes CHARLIE BROWN the baby lamb, CARSON the baby goat, VINNIE the hedgehog, some bunnies and guinea pigs and maybe a duck if Farmer Mary can catch one! She was up late watching chicks hatch so she is a little tired his morning. Hoping the rain holds off!
