BARNEY the dachshund is going to be 17 and he and his good pal, MAX (who is around 8), were snuggled under blankets in the new double sized Barneymobile that Farmer Mary upcycled from a jogger stroller. After a rainy gray morning and a gorgeous afternoon the temperature suddenly dropped.
