On really cold days/nights most of the bunnies and all of the guinea pigs are brought into the heated garage at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Thanks to @larryscoffee in Raleigh for the burlap coffee bean bags Farmer Mary uses to insulate the floor to ceiling shelves! More coffee bean bags are used outdoors as a layer of insulation for bunny hutches. Thanks Larry!
Farmer Mary was just outside delivering hay and special snow day food treats to all the garage dwellers. They will all be happy to get back outside in a few days when it warms up again! Hope YOU are all enjoying this beautiful snow day! Get outside!
