Our new male Indian Runner duck has a great fondness for Elliot who is one of many geriatric dogs who like a nice farm vacation when their family heads to the beach or other destinations. Elliot dons his blue bandana and starts his second life of “meeter and greeter” at the gate at Winterpast Farm.
Our new male duck, who still needs a name, started following him around. FArmer Mary thought he was warning the dog to stay away from his wives and fourteen ducklings, but the duck started grooming Elliot and hangs out with him most of the day very congenially.
