HELP COLLECT EGGS AT WINTERPAST

Farmer Mary is always happy to have help collecting eggs at Winterpast Farm Petting Zoo in Wake Forest NC. Our chickens like to hide their eggs and sometimes young farm visitors find eggs in very funny places!

Visitors are often amazed that our eggs are blue and green and dark brown and light brown, sometimes with dark brown or white speckles. Only the Crested Polish lay white eggs at Winterpast Farm. Farmer Mary likes her egg customers to say “wow!” when they open a carton of eggs. Different colors and sizes and shapes is much more interesting to her egg customers than plain old white grocery store eggs.
At Winterpast Farm you can meet and hand feed the chickens (and ducks) who lay the eggs we sell.

$5/ dozen helps Farmer Mary care for and feed all the happy hens (and roosters) here at Winterpast Farm.
