Farmer Mary has five kayaks, including one sit-on-top and one tandem (2 seats) and plenty of paddles and life jackets. Arrange to rent one or more today for only $25 a day. Winterpast farm is half a mile from Falls Lake where you can put in the kayaks at boat landings and parks. A chicken just hatched babies under one kayak so obviously they aren’t being used often enough!
Another great place to put in is at the new bike trail just
below Falls lake dam. Great river floating And swimming as well. Farmer Mary and her kids are often there in the late afternoon watching for turtles and enjoying the cool water and nice shade.
