The annual Live Nativity at Hayes Barton Baptist Church has been going on for nearly 60 years. Winterpast Farm is pleased to be providing the live donkeys, sheep and goats for the event.
MABEL and CLAIRE, the mini donkeys, spend two overnights each year in the barn on site. Farmer Mary transports the smaller animals each evening for the three night event.
BAA BAA the black sheep was just a lamb at the event last year. This year regulars were amazed at how he had grown.
The Live Nativity is from 7-9 the three nights leading up to Christmas Eve. On Wednesday there is a “meet the animals” time starting at 5:00.
